Before the Federal Office (BFA)

I will prepare you in detail for your interview with the Federal Office for Immigration and Asylum (BFA) and support you during the interview. The personal interview at the Federal Office for Immigration and Asylum (BFA) is of particular importance – please contact me as early as possible.

Before the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG)

If you have received a negative decision, I will draft an appeal for you to the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG).

In order to increase your chances of a positive decision before the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG), I will carefully prepare your documents, help you research and organize further evidence and prepare you in detail for the oral hearing before the BVwG.

I will be at your side at the hearing, intervene if necessary and help you to convince the court of your experiences in your home country and your fears.
